Regarding your earlier question about changing the TEMP folder of Windows, I don't think you can change the folder specifically for that program, I think it automatically uses the system default TEMP folder. If that's the case then you need to change the temp folder system wide. Follow this tutorial:

I had a weird problem before with Doom that nearly drove me mad.
CUSA02085 base game ( MD5 - 5EF9BFBBDCFB07BB8B70DFF599244BBA)
Separate update v1.11.
Option 1:
JgDuff generously provided the cheats for the base game that matches the above MD5 base. So that means I can either install the base game and then the cheat, then enjoy the game
OR
I can integrate the update to the base then re-marry the cheat and also enjoy the game.
option 2:
However he also kindly provided the cheat for the same CUSA but with inegrated v1.11 update.
This matches my CUSA but the MD5 doesn't match.
So I figured, integrate the base with the update as per normal then re-marry the v1.11 integrated cheat with the new integrated fpkg and it should work right?
Unfortunately it didn't. I spent ages redoing everything but no luck, everything installs fine but crashes when I try to launch the game.
BUT,
Option 1 works fine.
Which is why I was asking @ezio about the RDR2 MD5 because all the RDR2 that I've downloaded, none of the MD5 works. Now if I integrate the RDR2 update with the base, then re-marry the matching CUSA id, I'm worried it'll be like Option 2 above.
Hope that makes sense.

Hello !!!
Remember that if JgDuff or someone else creates an Integrated Update it is unique and will never have the same MD5.
Last week when JgDuff made the cheats for:
Need For Speed Heat - CUSA15090 [v1.01]
Shadow Of The Tomb Raider Definitive Edition - CUSA10872 [v2.00]
Sonic Mania Plus - CUSA07010 [v1.04]
I found games with the same MD5 very easily and didn't need to re-marry the cheats.![]()
