The real issue with Infinite Health in Shadow of the Tomb Raider Definitive Edition is a different one: whenever you fall into the depths, you don't die and you get stuck in the game. Sometimes you can continue playing from the latest checkpoint, but most of the time you can't continue playing and you have to close the game and start it again.
@jgduff, could you have a look at this sometime? Or maybe create a second cheat file without Infinite Health if this issue cannot be fixed?

I have the base game and also the v1.09 update, both files are seperate, not integrated update.
There is a stand alone cheat that you've graciously provided: CUSA00556 [Standalone Update]
So does that mean I just install the base game ==> v1.09 Update ==> CUSA00556 [Standalone Update] ?
I've checked your instructions in the first pages but not still sure if I've missed something, just wanted to confirm.

Here you have some more feedback about your cheats for Shadow of the Tomb Raider Definitive Edition.
I have noticed a small but annoying issue: While exploring the area of the city of Paititi, the game freezes randomly and unexpectedly, and it is necessary to close the game and start it again.
Are you familiar with or aware of this issue? Is there a way to fix this problem? (apart from deactivating the cheats, of course). This happens to me only in Paititi, not in the tombs or other areas of the game. Strange, isn't it?

@jgduff, I don't think so. This is not my case. I have the game installed internally and I have never used App2USB (I don't have an external drive). I'm using c0d3m4st4_ESP8266XploitHost_v2.84g and Mira (unofficial).
The question is: Have you discovered The Lost City (Paititi) yet and have you tried walking around doing different things such as retrieving objects, talking to people, etc.? Here is where the game freezes at random. As I said before, this does not happen in the rest of the game, only in this area.

Hello . Yes of course I made the Lost City "Paititi" and it is in this region that the game crashes randomly with error CE-34878-0 and return to XMB. I saw on the forums that it is an error frequent on PS4 and it is not due to the cheat. After reinstallation I was still on "Paititi" and I had no crashes.
