Hey everyone,

I have done a fair amount of research on the topic. I know that there is a 5.50 firmware spoofer out there, I think it's legit, though I am not sure. However, what I have not been able to find is information regarding the utility of such a spoofer. If this firmware spoofer is legit, what would allow me to do? Play games on a higher firmware? Sign in to PSN? Or maybe it's just a proof-of-concept?

If anyone knows, the information would be greatly appreciated.

The last Spoofer I have seen made your console firmware look like said firmware but didnt trick your console into thinking it was a higher firmware. Could be possible but it looked like PoC, not full on spoofing to the point where you played games on higher FW and etc

Thank you for the information! Again it might seem silly but I could not find that information anywhere. Maybe I just wasn't looking in the right places
