User account into PSN account?

Ok, my PS4 has never seen the light of PSN. My question is this: say it's 3 years later and I want to sycn those earn trophies to my PSN account(obviously i would be updating then). Can I? I can't find this information. I also didn't find if there's a possible way to inject a PSN to a ps4.

I hope this is the right place to ask too, sorry if not.

if you have a 2nd ps4 you can make a backup from your hen console and sync it on the other
