This is for the troublesome formats, USB 3.0 drives are basically a must with the size of these fpkg files.

start by pressing winkey+R

type: cmd
You must click 'Like' before you can see the hidden data contained here

type: diskpart
You must click 'Like' before you can see the hidden data contained here

type: list disk
You must click 'Like' before you can see the hidden data contained here

find your usb drive aka Disk 0, Disk 1, Disk 2 or whatever

select your disk by typing: select disk "X"
You must click 'Like' before you can see the hidden data contained here

after you select your disk type: clean
You must click 'Like' before you can see the hidden data contained here

now we format with: format fs=exfat label=ps4USB
You must click 'Like' before you can see the hidden data contained here

Your drive is now ready to use with your PS4 and FPKG's
