Update query

Greetings, a query that has me uneasy. I recently started using the console with Homebrew to play "backups" from the SD, I understand that in order to not be banned you must not connect to the nintendo account by that console to the internet or it is only if I download algua update of a game not bought? Mainly I want to know this since I have the Smash in physical format and I want to download the update that will come out soon, or do I have to install it as I did with the backup copies?

Your nintendo switch will be banned immediately if you connect to the Internet, Nintendo will detect that your switch has been modified, regardless of whether you download updates or not, with only having played a "backup" game you can not connect without being banned .
If you have the physical copy of the smash. I recommend you better download a copy of "backup" smash and once you download all the updates so you do not have problems.

PS: you could try to play smash with the physical copy and download only the update and install it with Goldleaf you should not have problems. Here I leave the link:

Thank you very much, I will try the second thing you tell me about installing only the update if there is one to avoid the ban.
Regarding the same Goldleaf gives me problems when trying to install games and "crashea", I'm occupying Homebrew + Hekate and the only software that lets me install the .nsp is the Lithium and zero problem, my console is in 7.0.1.
