PS4 .Tpf file

Hi guys
I unpacked this .tpf file using binder tool and after I converted what is in it I want to repack it back but unfortunately binder tool doesn't do that
Do you guys know any tool I can repack the folder back to a .tpf file with it ?

I am trying to convert a PC mod to run on the Ps4 , I couldn't upload a file but it's just a folder with .dds in it

You can upload it to Google drive or pixeldrain, have you tried use Yabber: https://github.com/JKAnderson/Yabber
