ToTK "Corrupted" [Solved ✅]

I recently updated my 2017 Switch and it's working great with the exception of the one game I want to play: Tears of the Kingdom;

- FW: 16.0.3
- Atmosphere: 1.5.2
- Hekate latest version
- SD card formatted to fat32
- NS-Atmosphere dongle with updated payload, downloaded from SDSetup
- Using latest sigpatches I could find
- Installing games with DBI & MTI Installer (first time using these, great tools!)

I have installed the ToTK .xci from two places now, although I think they may have been identical files, both times the game won't launch and tells me its corrupted. I have also installed the 1.1.1 update (which I think is the latest available) and same thing, corrupted. Perhaps I just need to download the game from another source? Other games I have installed and they launch without issue.

Thanks for any help you guys can offer!
 
I will try to help you as it should be a simple fix HOWever I will NOT help with an XCI file from another site. African is the legit deal and his releases are fool proof. its the file we are all using here and no one has issues it but you.

Thank you, I will follow your instructions and give it a shot. I downloaded the file from African's thread, which suggested to create a thread here with problems. I'll let you know how it goes, whether this works or not.
