if i have a original game i can play on line without ban risk ? with nsp of other game installed ?

in order to play online you need to connect to nintendo servers
if you hacked your switch as soon as you connect to their servers you will be banned.

ok i know that . but if i want i can come back to the original firmware with the backup and play on line ? is possible ? o my switch are banned ? i use the switch in airplane mode and i never connected online with the hack

yes you can restore your clean NAND back up and play online with your legit game.
