Always have a rawnand, boot0 & boot1 backup, it doesn't matter whether your nand is "clean" or not.

This is the first thing I do, because if I happen to mess things up on my switch's emmc nand, I can always save it by restoring the backups.

Probably ppl with traumatic experiences. They might have got bullied back at school or worse they might even get exposed to abusive parents when they're growing up. Ofc, everyone gets exposed to harsh stuff but not everyone can handle it well. Implementing such a destructive thing is basically antisocial behaviour. And doing it un such way, I take it they're kinda stay-at-home-all-the-time as well.
