Game Name: Suikoden V
Codebreaker Injected: YES
Widescreen: YES
Title-ID: SLES-540.87
Size: 4.3GB
Issues: Reported to have gfx corruption in PAL50 mode. Don't select that. Only use NTSC60.
Notes:

This game has been injected with Codebreaker. When you first run the game on PS4 it will run uLaunchELF, allowing you to run Codebreaker and select cheats for the game should you so wish.
  • Press O to load File Manager.
  • Navigate to "CDFS" and then "--ELF--" folder and run CODEBR~1.ELF
  • Codebreaker will launch and allow you to select cheats for Suikoden V
  • Once you've selected your cheats, press START (right-side of trackpad on DS4) and go to the disc icon.
  • When Codebreaker asks you to "Please Insert Game" just press X to launch your game with cheats applied.
  • The game will reboot to the uLaunchELF menu. This time rather than opening "--ELF--" folder, simply scroll down the list and select SLES_540.87 to run your game :)

If you don't want to use Codebreaker at all, just run SLES_540.87 from the "CDFS" menu and skip "--ELF--" altogether.

Thanks for the game! By the way, i only got wide screen when selecting PAL and not wide screen on NTCS. PAL settings has glitch line on the center. Hope you can provide fixed for this glitch.
Thanks again.

I tested it myself, widescreen works perfectly on NTSC. If you see a scene without a widescreen video, it's because they're prerendered cutscenes and they're not patched to widescreen so as to avoid stretching, that's why you can see the UI and the *rest* of the game, not just the opening video, playing 100% widescreen.

As for PAL50; nobody should choosing PAL50 on modern TVs anyhow, 60Hz is always going to be preferable :) I don't know about any glitches since I didn't care to play around with PAL50. My PKGs are unpassworded, so feel free to try and fix it yourself if you wish, but you're not going to get 100% flawless emulation because emulation doesn't work that way. Either minor issues of no consequence, or days/weeks of debugging trying to find fixes or apply hacks... or simply whip out a PS2, burn yourself a DVD, and play that way :)
