Some games not working while others are?

Hello all, I'm a complete newbie to all this stuff but got Atmosphere working on my switch.

Got a few games loaded and working but just downloaded 2x games (Gear Club and WEC8) and after installing via GoldLeaf when I open them up to play, I get an error "unable to start software".

I'm using RCMloader, booting up with Atmosphere (grabbed exef & kip patches off the web) and as stated some games work perfect (smash bros, mario cart, forma 8, arms, etc) but not Gear Club and WEC8?

Any insight would be greatly approcated!
 
Kip patches? You mean Sigpatches right?
 
Try again then try something else like Tinfoil, if it still don't work it could be the nsps.

Are you using the correct sigpatches for your version of Atmosphere?

That I'm not sure of... and not sure how to check which ones required or where to download?

I fought with my Switch last month trying to get it working & honestly dont know what I did anymore, but most of the games I have installed do work, just not them all. Its probably pretty easy once you know how to do it but for me it wasn't easy to find good instructions (so much info out there).
 
I have the same problem with Risk of Rain 2. On latest atmosphere, fusee primary and the patches from aio installer. The game just crashes on the switch bootscreen. Tried with hekate too. I don't know more what to do.
