It's not the best solutions, follow these instructions:
  1. Open PS4, and login, you'll see that the Theme isn't there.
  2. Open your "Browser/User's Guide" and exploit PS4 using "HEN/Mira + HEN".
  3. Hold PS button, Logout of your account, then login again.
  4. You'll see that the Theme is working now.
That's the best solution I got, hope this help you ^^

this is bait, the title suggests what we all want theme showing after boot
Your guide does not, all i need to do is apply HEN after reboot, done.
