Remote Play without Activation

I bout a new PS4PRO a couple of days ago. It was on firmware 4.73, no bundles. So I did the exploit for 5.05 and my son is happy now.

The thing is sometimes I may try to control the new ps4pro from the other room by remote play. But I can't access remote play settings cause I have to update to the latest firmware to use these remote play settings.

Anyone else in the same boat?

P.S. I have another PS4 working with remote play but it's on 5.53-01 firmware, that's why I bought the new one.
 
At the moment you can't use remote play with a PS4 running an exploit.

The patched PC app might be able to bypass it as it makes Remote Play think it's connected to the internet when it isn't but I don't know if it will work.
 
I've seen some people saying that a Vita with CFW can connect, I don't have mine anymore so I can't test it sadly.
 
No, there is no way to connect to remote play server on a new PS4 without activating the server first, to activate the server you need PSN.
Of course if the PS4 was previously wokring with remote play and then exploited you can connect only in your LAN (Home or Office Network), But in my case my new PS4Pro is new and I never had the chance to go online with it, only exploited. Perhaps a working remote play settings that can be uploaded by FTP. Or at least that's what I can think of ATM.
