Remote play on non-activated PS4 ! method released

If the prefix has never been part of the PSN, Remote Play is not possible, but now there is a way to activate it without connecting to the network and activating the console
1. Prepare in advance the device that you plan to use for Remote Play
2. Pull all USB devices out of the box
3. Make an exploit if you have not already done so
4. Exit to the main console menu and press (UP), select " Profile " -> " Change User "
5. In the "Name" field, change the name of your user to User1
It is necessary to do this in order not to lose your account information
All accounts except the renamed User1 will be deleted (that is if for some reason you did not rename your primary account, it will be deleted)! If you have other active accounts, make backup copies of your accounts and data !!!
6. Start " Settings " -> " Network ", uncheck " Connect to the Internet "
7. Run HEN if you have not already done so
8. Go to " Settings " -> " Debug Settings " -> " System " -> " IDU mode ", select " On "
9. Click "OK" to reboot.
10. Wait in the upper right corner of the inscription " Provide unit with a valid network connection or insert IDU update disc "
11. Hold (R1) + (R2) + (L1) + (L2) + (Option) + (UP) and hold until you go to Staff Mode
Be sure to turn on the controller
12. Go to " Settings " -> " Remote Play Connection Settings " and select " Direct Connection to PS Vita / PS TV System " -> " Add Device "
13. Enter the appeared code on the device from which you plan to start Remote Play
At this point, a new User2 will appear
Remember that you will only use a direct connection. Connecting via the Internet will not work
14. Run HEN if you have not already done so
15. Go to " Settings " -> " Debug Settings " -> " System " -> " IDU mode ", select " Off "
16. Click " OK " to reboot.
Do not delete User2, otherwise Remote Play will stop working!
The prefix is ??connected via Remote Play directly to the client and does not use the Internet at the same time!

One more thing. Can I do this while connected to the same WiFi network or do I have to use an ethernet cable to connect the laptop and ps4 together?

Does any1 had a problem with terrible quality of remote play on PC?
I have ps4 pro <-> 1gb router<->PC connection. On remote play app i set highest resolution 1080 and best frame rate available but the picture is far worse than 720p. Its blurry and pixelate especially during movement.
Is there any fix for this?

Info about my lan network.
Gamestream from my pc<-> 1gb router <-> nvidia shield works perfectly fine as same as GeforceNOW ( stream game from nvidia servers to nvidia shield device)

I have used REN payload to activate remote play option.
