Sometimes after I run the mira+hen payload my PS4 shuts down and then I have to go through the updating system storage process. Anyone know what could be causing this? Also, what payload should I be using only hen or hen+mira?

I am having the same problem. I guess since I was getting the notification that they updated their policy (Hen+Mira) this is happening.
Its a kernel panic on ps4
if your console stays on, hold the on/off button for 7 seconds you hear 1 beep at start 1 at end.
remove power cable. plug it back in. let it fix database. retry payload.

Can you please tell me step by step on how to do it as I’m facing the same issue on 5.05
okay so now currently i'm on 5.05 & I'm downloading recovery 5.05 update which is around 910mb
i need to put the update file in PS4->UPDATE and run it via SAFE MODE.
am i correct ?
one question is that can i install 5.05 over 5.05 ?

Yeah, that's correct, just make sure that's the file is 5.05 XD, and your USB formatted as Fat32/exFat
and put it on "PS4/UPDATE/" and rename the file to "PS4UPDATE.PUP"

thank you for the reply bro, i spoke to al-azif on twitter regarding this he told me that it doesnt damage the ps4 or the hdd, save files "might" get corrupted if ps4 shuts down while writing saves. thank you once again !

Same thing just happened to me i had to reinstall firmware after i installed a .pkg and it shut off lol

i have a ps4 that's on the 5.05 JB and booting up in to safe mode after a power cut. It's asking me for a 5.05 update file via usb or internet connection to sony. Should i just make a usb for it containing the 5.05 update? would that wipe all the fake pkgs i had installed?
Update file wont wipe i believe as far as i know recovery update which is around 900mb would wipe your hdd
So can i get it out of Safe mode using the update file and not the recovery update?
