ps4 freezing

HI guys,something weird just happened,when I did jailbreak on my ps4,I jsut strarted playing horizon zero dawn and when I wanted to close the application,my ps4 just froze,it couldn't even be turned off from settings,never happened to me something like that,might that be a fault of the game pkg or what should I do,I never had a kernel panic or something like that

Hey, the same thing happen to me...after doing some research online.....I was able to find out, makes sure your Ps4 Hdd isnt full...and do a system cache...thats all I was able to find at the moment..

at this moment,it works just fine,I don't have my hdd full by the way

I have this happening when running any of the PS4 GTA V mods, my PS4 becomes so slow and often freezes (almost everytime) when I try to turn it off.
