ps2 games on ps4 blurry

Im using hdmi tv support can you help me with this problem

Son, that's what old SD games upscaled to HD and big TVs looks like. The PS1/PS2 games were never made to be good looking as some games are these days and they certainly weren't made for HD screens. The games were made to be played on old 4:3 TVs.

There are some HD remakes like for example RE4 Remastered HD though but only a few games got HD remakes.

You only think they look more blurry because TVs are now bigger/larger (thus the low res image is enlarged) and TVs are not CTR anymore so that kinda doesn't help - you can tweek the emu's settings to increase the game's resolution but depending on the game it may cause issues
How can i fix this im playing dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 3 its so blurry i cant handle it im feeling i playing ps1 graphics

(That's kinda an exageration but ok)
Ehh... dump your game or just extract the .pkg's contents and edit the settings file where is says...

gs-upscale
gs-uprender

I think

Then repack the game
What programs do you use to unpack and then repack the PKG image ?
and what are the best settings to use for a 4K 55 inch LG in your opinion ?
