Problem Installing games

I am new to the ps4 jailbreak scene and am having trouble installing fpkgs.
Whenever I try to intall any fkpkg it stops at around 40-50 % and gives a error( CE-36244-9 mostly)
Am i doing something wrong?I have tried 3 different fkpg and even one hasnt installed successfully. I have tried a theme and that did install though. Games i tried are farcry 4 and witcher 3(2 different files)

Check your connections between your external usb drive that's if u are using this method to install to the ps4 happened to me and it turned out a 128gb USB flash drive is better than a external USB enclosure cause the connection between the cable and the hdd sometimes gets loose ..
