- Start HEN on your PS4
- Go to Settings > Debug Settings > Game > Package Installer
- Install Unlocker UT0016-CUSA06833_00-PS2020WRAPUPTHME_install_first.pkg
- Install Theme UT0016-CUSA06833_00-PS2020WRAPUPTHME.pkg (It will ask to install same package. Click on Yes)
- Go to Settings > Themes to select and apply your new Theme

<<< Note >>>

After reboot, your new Theme is still applied to your user account (No need HEN)

This theme was released recently when the latest firmware was 8.00 and the latest jailbreak-able firmware was 7.02. How did the OP manage to get this theme, someone please explain. Sorry if this is a dumb question.

BTW thanks for the theme. Works perfectly.

you don't need jb to make theme unlocker. all available themes works on jb firmwares even recently released HiQ Ace Unlimited - Cyber City Alley Dynamic Theme - Jan 31, 2021 (US)

I mean how was OP able to extract this theme from non-jailbreakable PS4. Or is there another way to they got this theme??

@u53r53r I can confirm it's not there. I purchased it in the PSN store is there anyway to grab the PKG link so I can download it? Or do you have a copy of the PKG?
