I'd like this too, but with other themes. It would be nice to have a decrypted dump of theme files to preview in that PS4 Theme tool.
Yeah that is actually what I wanted to do with the theme dumps. I wanted to record the dynamic themes and create some screensavers & background for a persona theme I am working with Uebersicht or Geektool.
Watch Dogs 2 - Marcus? there is on theme list, so i don't know where is the problem

Go to that MEGA link in your browser. On MEGA, a popup box will ask you to "Enter decryption key". Paste the text from the PLAINTEXT (NOT BASE64) MEGA DECRYPTION KEY in the post into the box that says "Decryption key" and press Decrypt . MEGA will now show you a list of the files at that link.
