it is more online than local cause of scalpers, especially if they know about the PS4 firmwares and the jb scene, they will sell 5.xx, 6.xx, and lower firmwares over $500, they sell for over $700 if a special edition which a person might as well buy a PS5 on 4.00 or lower at that point if shelling out $500 or more on a PS4

If you can't find a local shop like a cheap budget, then you can buy from the marketplace or ebay online

There is PS4 that are new sealed which was never used or opened box from Japanese seller, you can find on eBay
