NDownloader 1.0 By Pilout

I tried it just now, it just hangs on the 11574 Google drive links added and spinning animation in the background. Before i posted my first reply I also tired redownloading it and launching it in new location to no avail.
Oh. I just checked the debug log... its 6.86MB big and it has 60k lines with the same repeating error.
My friend also has exact same problem on a different computer.
EDIT: Okay so running with english locale fixes it. No offence, but locale shouldn't play any role in how the program runs.

Np, sorry for the snarky comment. I'm just a little bit jaded at locale exclusive software. It drives me nuts at work.

I also want to add that on my Windows 10 VM on my server with english locale the program doesnt even start. It just creates the icon in the notification area and then after few seconds dissapears. The debug.log file is empty.

maybe its the VM that causing issues mate?
the app has its own locale settings... its multi language so dont set language for it
After the update it started working on my main pc but it still doesn't work on my VM or on my laptop. I just shows the icon in the notification area and closes.
Could you ask the developer if there is a need for some redistributable to be installed for this program to work correctly ?

they are all from a safe source... nobody has reported anything yet with over 5000 downloads across multiple forums... other than that just have to test it... there are only 3 games that are full of brick code anyway and the md5 checks are available online
today was an update for a file host rather than torrents these cannot be confirmed yet... torrents are 100% safe though so far
Excellent. Thank you very much. I don't know how to check MD5's myself so I rely on trusting strangers on the internet.

HAHA love it! yeah thats all you can do these days mate... ive been using this app since it was in beta had no issues at all... and im new to switch scene as only got the kids switches for xmas.

Thank you very much. I think I got it covered. I wish Lakka had dock and sound support, but aside from that I think I got everything. Just need a bigger SD Card. Lmao. These games are stacking up. And welcome to the Switch Scene! I'm new here myself, but this isn't the first thing I've homebrewed by any means at all. Always nice to see new developers come in and make programs. I've always wanted to be one of those developers, but don't know how to start, nor do I have enough faith in my laptop to create programs. It'll just be a dream, I guess. Tell your homie thanks for the program for me. Utmost respect for devs of any kind.

yeah i brought a 128gb sd card and that wasnt big enough for the kids.... should have got a 256gb
im not a new dev mate just new to switch scene ive been dev for most consoles since ps2 and also for pc not sure about Pilout (the dev) ive not seen him before though.
we need more devs really the homebrew scene is pretty dead for most consoles these days... the psp/ps3 was prob biggest ive seen
hi im getting a cannot extract error when im trying to open zip file I redownloaded as I have not ben able to find the ndownloader application in extracted files any help would be appreciated thanks

is this with a game you downloaded or the Ndownloader app itself?
use winrar to unpack the file
