Plenty of people who are migrating from SX OS to AMS on an EmuNAND partition seems to be having trouble with the latter. I've been hearing them either having issue booting properly or are unable to run software even with an updated sigpatches.
From what I heard, booting directly to AMS via fusee.bin and not chainloading with either Hekate or SX OS addresses the issue.

nsp or xci please.
I have tried nsp and nsz version with tinfoil, awoo installer and AtomXL Installer.
Game crashes.

Works just fine for me, and I was SX OS guy that converted to atmosphere.
Make sure you're running the latest version atmosphere and tinfoil. Make sure you're using fusee.bin and NOT fusee-primary.bin
And did you confirm that you are running the latest sig patches? SD card may be corrupted as well, so you may need to format and reinstall everything again.

Im going to format my switch.
Add all files again.
Question i load with rcm loader using fusee.
Which is the best sigpatches to use?
Is atmosphere 1.1.1 the best to use.
I am using emunand with atmosphere but thinking of getting rid of it.
My switch is banned either way.

AMS 1.1.1 is the best right now, for sure. But before you do something drastic as reformatting your console's micro-SD card, you may want to backup your important SX OS files, as well as your pre-installed games and saved files first.
Already made back up of entire switch memory card.
Im thinking of formatting sd card, formatting switch and adding all files again.
Is exfat or NTFS ok?

I specify that supermonkey ball works with update and dlc in 11.0 in superxci patched 9.2 on sxos for me

I did it with nsc_builder the only game that made me necessarily put an emunand is spacebase I had trouble making everything work like you for the moment I succeeded and is sysnand for sxos and emunand for atmosphere I will be what future games if everything is finally ok but all my other current games work in superxci that I do myself
