Merge update with the game

I have the 1.09 update pkg for skyrim and the base game v 1.00
How can I merge the update with the game ?
Is it possible to combine them so I'll have the 1.09 game pkg ?

You can merge updates into base games (although it might not always work). There are tutorials available as far as I remember.
