Lost dlc after power shut off

The power on my ps4 went off prematurely. After I turned it back on the ps4 "fixed" my extended drive. All my games are there. But, not a single one still has it's dlc. Anyone know how to get it back without downloading it all again?

I've had the same problem years ago and so far I've not found a real solution other than reinstalling all the disappeared DLC which is a real pain in the ass if you have a lot of DLC installed...and I think the only way to prevent this problem is only installing all the games with DLC to the internal HDD as this problem only seems to happen with DLC installed to the external HDD...
