I don't have Bloodstained but I'm downloading it right now.
DOOM (1993) also requires a linked account if I'm correct. As it's size way smaller comparing to Bloodstained, I've tried with it and it works. Didn't even put in a bedhesta account either.
If anyone too curious and would like to install beforehand, don't try on your clean switch even if you took the precautions. I'd suggest everyone check on a banned console to be safe atm.
Just a warning beforehand, it does have an unlinking feature when you try to do that it gives you a warning that action would wipe the account data as well. Had a few saves that I didn't want to lose so I'll do that when I back up my saves
(edit) The app has documentation in English (finally) and from what I've read on gbatemp, it doesn't tamper with your save files like Kefir. But it writes to the system memory so it's just for offline use (I mean, that should be an obvious one lol)
another cool thing that it does actually backup your originals before linking.

Good news, it works on 10.2 with Atmo 0.14.3.
Let me play with it for a couple of days and see if there's any wonkiness gonna happen.
