INSTALL FPKG FROM PS4 INTERNAL HDD

Hi, first of all sorry to post in this topic but i'm new here and don't know where this should be.

I want to know if we can install PKG by transferring it to ps4 internal hdd from pc
any step by step tutorial will be appreciated.

The PlayStation 4 Debug Game Package Installer is only listening to and scanning storage devices that are connected via USB. So you cannot use it to install any F/PKG onto your PS4 because it will not recognize F/PKGs on the internal hard drive.

What you can do is transfer a installed game from one PS4 directly to the internal HDD of another PS4 via FTP or you can run your own download server actually and let the PS4 download the FPKG and install it straight from your computer.
