GTAV problems, used to work on 1.27

hello, any help appreciated. When loading gets stuck @ 90 %, then screen starts flashing and stuck @ 90%, if i leave to see if boots, it freezes ps4.
I have played 1.27 before, but been playing witcher 3 and since then GTAV wont work, unless i delete and dont install update, as v 1.00 seems to work fine.

Thinking it was a corrupt save, i deleted all my game progress, but that didnt fix the 1.27 issues. 1.27 update installs fine, and runs up until 90% loaded.

Rockstar said to clear cache, turn off ps4 for 30 secs, then hold lL1 and R1 when booting game, but that didnt fix it either.

Anyone here experience the same thing, or know how to fix?

Im using:

CUSA00419 GTA V.pkg and UP1004-CUSA00419_00-GTAVDIGITALDOWNL-A0127-V0100.pkg

Played before with patch just fine, for awhile, until i started playing the witcher3.

I believe i used Duxa's PS4 patch repackager 7.2.18 to fix the update to the game version (not too sure, know i had to do for Madden18).

Thanks again! Like i said, all was working until i tried 2 play it the last night, v 1.00 works but 1.27 doesnt (even tho installs and tries to load like it used to when it worked)

The flashing on the 90% screen just is wierd imho... but tells me its not gonna run.
Is there another way to clear the cache or something? If i reset settings does it erase everything?

Thanks m8! Yeah, never heard of this or had this problem. Do you know if i reset settings (heard maybe that would work) would it erase all my data? I guess not a big deal, as it takes time but can reinstall apps/games. :-( Thanks again for the other update will try that asap, and report here with the findings.

Im guessing another game messed up something with the 1.27 update but never heard of anything like that happening (unless corrupt db).

Yeah on my initial research i saw something about data getting corrupted (i guess in ps4, not the game), and said to do something like that. Cant find the post or i would have tried it.
Thanks again for your help and info.... gonna try the lower patch first, if works try 1.27 (which im sure will start flashing and eventually lock up), and then try rebuilding the db.

Guess ill delete my games before rebuilding as that post says it can take hours. ;-) Thanks again, that was what I read originally to do, but hoping using lower patch will fix, so i can use 1.27.
