fake pkg psn games available?

hello, i have been browsing and looking for stuff like flower and koi. i have not found them. are psn games available as fake pkg files?

If you have licensed PSN user on the PS4 jailbreak. You would be dumper use PSN Games. But If you are not PSN account licensed on the PS4 jailbreak. They cannot startup or play a game to dump. The PSN game needs an activation license system.

Near future would be possible to dump/bypass PSN Game from PS3 Old day.
