Error since 4.05 - still present!

Hy guys, I have this weird bug : Not enough storage space to allocate a set of contiguous free area for installation of specified pkg. Every time when i want to install some game, I have to delete few others so this error does not show. Anyone experiencing this issue? I saw that some guys on YouTube have over 700 games so I believe it is not limitation from console.
I currently have 58 installed games (still 85gb remains on 2TB disk)

have you tried this?

some people wrote, that you need double the space of the game when you download it, but i don't think that's the case when installing from usb, cause you don't need the space for the pkg on the internal drive...
I am just guessing though

I guess only fix would be to store games on external storage
