dump games from my switch sd card (switch black screen in dock mode)

hi have some problelms with my switch it just will not connect to my tv via the dock black screen works finn in handheld mode one thing i have notices is that the resolution setting in the system setting only show 480p
so to cut a long story short is there any app or pc program i can use to rip my games from my sd card so i can do a full system reset to see if that fixes the problem as i do not have them backed up

If you made the mistake of using SX OS 2.9 beta for firmware 9.0.0 then that is your problem. DOck mode will go black. homebre apps will crash on dock mode. and XCI games will not load and a bunch of other problems.
