Yeah this was made only in Spanish. I remember seeing this a year ago in iso format from a Spanish warez site. Then again the modder is also Spanish

You cant unless you remod the game itself. The mods are exclusively applied with Spanish language.

This mod was made by a Hispanic team and they have been working hard on/updating this for YEARS, once they have finished adding to it they plan to add English voices and subtitles but that's still TBA
