I am still learning this so this might not be correct - but this is my understanding so far.
Keystone is like unique fingerprint of the game. When you make a save in the game by using this keystone PS4 knows which save goes wiht which game.
When fake pkg gets created keystone gets changed and that is the reason why save games from the original games do not work on the fake pkg games. They just show as corrupt data...
