Corrupt package

Hi when I'm installing some package games it' not working and saying the package is corrupt I don' know why this is any advice would be appreciated

First, where did you download it form?
Second, how did you download it?
Third, if it in pieces for example in "winrar" format did you extract it properly?
Forth, are you 5.05 firmware?

Thanks for reply I downloaded it from ps hax it was in zippyfile that I downloaded using j downloader I extracted it with winrar. Any help would be appreciated other packages I have installed have been fine and yes I am on 5.05

Check the file size of each part make sure there the same, something is missing that for sure i use winrar if something is missing the software will tell me the part that missing and per ven me form extracting.

Thanks will give that a try I just assumed when winrar extracted it all with no problems that it was good to go. New to this

It's not really because your new to this it just that game are so f'en large now when you download parts it sometimes hard to keep track of, 80 parts pkg's my GOD! DX you're bowned to miss one.

why using Winrar, when you can use free 7-zip? is there any advantages?

when something is missing that for sure using WinRAR if something is missing the software will tell me the part that missing and prevents me from extracting till I solve the issues. not sure if it dose that of 7-zip

I'm having a similar problem with CUSA02168 GT Sport v0113-v0100 pkg. I downloaded the game from here. The game installs fine but when i try to install the update it says package cannot be install
