Converting ps4 gamesave to xbox one

Hello guys unforsure if it is ok to post in this section but as the title says im looking for a program or way to take a ps4 game save and change it or convert it to xbox one and help or advice would be great and mods if this is in the wrong spot let me know and i will pull it down thank for any help guys

IF the Xbox One were hacked it might happen for a few select games like Skyrim, but as it is now, no way.
