Constant crashing to "checking system storage"

Hey guys, I'm using Mira+HEN exploit and since recently, a week or so ago, PS4 started crashing very frequently.
Basically, after applying the exploit, there's like a good chance that it will restart itself to "system storage checking" screen before even starting any game, and a VERY big chance of crashing/restarting when starting another game after closing the first one. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this without changing the exploit since all my saves are on Mira+HEN?
Also, at first I was using Mira but then I got a hard crash that resulted in having to factory reset PS4 and lose everything so I'm using Mira+HEN since then, not sure if any of this has anything to do with a specific exploit.

That happened when I had PS2 games count higher thn their worth. Like I had 2tbs and the PS2 game was worth 3tbs ><.

i have less crashes leaving the ps4 warm up for 5 minutes or so then do the exploit, not spamming the exploit right away

Simply don't use Mira+HEN. Use HEN only. This will reduce kernel panic rate by a lot already.

When running the exploit make sure you have no USB devices connected at the ports and make sure you don't wait to long before you run the exploit but also don't run it instantly after the PS4 has started up. Just give it a minute or so.

Which exploit host are you using? Al Azif DNS, self-hosted or other solutions? Some people report that different exploit hosts fixed the issues for them.

In my experience, with many games on the hard drive(s), the drives are scanning for quite some time after starting up the PS4 from a cold boot, but when the drive spins down I experience fewer crashes as this poster mentioned.

I'm using Al Azif DNS method, I'll try giving it more time after before applying the exploit but a prominent problem seems to be crashing when starting the second game (after playing one for some time and closing it), so hours after the initial boot.
So HEN only is the most stable one of the 3? Also is there a way to make game saves from one exploit functional for another (Mira+Hen > Hen)?

My bad, saves do work regardless only the games have to be installed again on another exploit to work.

I had the same problem, just go with HEN only however you need to reinstall all the games because if you're running HEN the games you had installed with MIRA+HEN will be locked.

Yeah, I switched to HEN and reinstalled everything. It was going better at first with hardly any crashes, but now they started happening more frequently. No idea what causes them to increase in frequency after a couple of days, just now i had 3 crashes in a row while applying HEN...

I also notice fewer crashes occur if you wait a little between each step. In other words, turn on PS4 and go get a drink, open settings and give it a few seconds, open the user manual (DNS or ESP method) and give it a few seconds, a few seconds between each selection in Al Azif's, and finally a count to 10 after a success message from HEN...it's annoying but it seems to give me fewer crashes. If you still have the issue, you might want to investigate whether the problem is localized to your hard drive.

some great tips , but i would like to add that after a crash start up your ps4 and power off then start up again and log in wait for 5 min as usual go to exploit page and run hen plug in usb devices .the power on to power off cycle clears the system.and also don't use rest mode .

yea i get that on two ps4s also waiting few seconds between steps, but when you use external HDD then when you get crash it has to go through restoring external HDD.

I think the hackers need to work on hack to be more stable.

also using HEN only
