Hi I have been trying all day to clone the stock ps4 500gb hard drive onto a 4tb.

Tried 6 different programs by easeus, mintool softwares and aomei softwares

But the end hard drive does not boot, some of the programs do not recognise the ps4 file system at all.

Have you tried a program that works, or is it hopeless.

As an alternative i'm thinking about the app2usb if the acronis does not work out,
there is a spare usb on the back of my ps4 slim, do you know if this would be suitable for an external harddrive.
The hard drive i have is the EAN: 3660619402342 seagate expansion plus 4tb, it uses a usb-A connector, could i buy an adaptor
I think the ps4 usb is a c type usb socket.

I have made a clone of the ps4 hard drive using acronis but it will not boot the clone.
So i put the original hard drive back into the ps4, now it will not boot from the original hard drive either.
I think that windows has done something to the original hard drive, perhaps labelled it as secondary when it should be primary, or something.
Dunno what to do. Any suggestions
