tinfoil website also lists all versions from all regions and IIRC tinfoil NRO can also tell you that directly from the switch itself.
There's also this https://github.com/16BitWonder/NX-Update-Checker but personally I prefer https://github.com/giwty/switch-library-manager to scan my local hard drive for missing updates/dlc + duplicates.

ps. there's this new one too https://github.com/proconsule/nspindexer but it can be intimidating for beginners.
