Can't use more than 2 controllers on PS2 games

When I start the game with 3 or more controllers the games see only 2 controllers. Ps4 games read all the controllers.

I can't test this, as my computer is broken. This config may work..
--host-gamepads=4

Ho exactly do I do this? Im a noob
