Not a bug Can't post in PS4 FPKG or PSVR since server upgrade

My general mod tools work in both of them but I can't seem to post in the PS4 FPKG section or the PSVR section. I see a message that states "You have insufficient privileges to post here." when I should be able to do so. I'm guessing it's just an odd permission bug. Thanks.
