can't load nsd on banned switch

hi all you experts, i recently got a switch and soon after got a r4s dongle. i got banned switch now (not too fussed as i knew the risks) but now i cant play any recently stored games. i get a message comes up that says something like "checking if game can be played" but then it comes back as an error as it now won't connect due to the ban.
is there an idiots guide to a way to bypass the check?

I only ran into this trying to launch nsp titles with a non-nnid linked account (regardless of your network connection). Of course if you didn't link the NNID you won't be able to launch NSP titles. I haven't looked for direct fix since I have one NNID linked account but I'm betting there is one outside of converting it to xci and installing it with your own keys.
