Can't Adjust Monitor to 4:3 to play Ps2 games

Hello, I'm having a little or maybe a big problem here.
Yesterday I bought a new monitor (AOC 27G2U5/BK) to play with my
jailbroken PS4 on it. All PS4 games display fine but my PS2 games are all streched from
4:3 to 16:9. If I want to change the screen size from 16:9 back to 4:3 I cannot because the option
in the osd menu is faded and cannot be changed. The only way to change it is when I turn my screen settings on my PS4 to 480p. But then the quality is much worse.
Is there a way to change the aspect ratio in my PS4's settings and staying on 1080p?
Maybe someone's having an idea.

Ok, seems like no one can help. Today I've tried to connect my PS4 to my monitor via display port.
The picture was perfect but I still couldn't change the aspect ratio.
So my last hope is to connect thr PS4 to my vga port.
Maybe someone has experience with this. I've read that the quality is a little bit lower than via hdmi
but does it really matter on a 27'' monitor?

Ok, so I've bought a Hdmi to VGA adapter.. but no luck. Screen stays at 16:9.
