Atmosphere Problem

Oh oh, I think I messed up big time. I wanted to play this update, so I decided to upgrade from 10.2 to 12.0.1. Everything working, got update on MH, wanted to start but black screen. Software closed etc. Then I thought get Daybreaker. Without reading the manual, I choose a wrong option about Fat and exFat. Switch went dark and deleted everything on sd, so all games and saves etc. are gone -.- (just when I reached HR7!!)
Now I'm stuck on injecting payload. It says: ERROR Fatal error: NXBOOT Unable to identify package1!

Can anybody help me out off this mess please?

NXBOOT error can be fixed by updating CFW (atmosphere) and inject latest payload
Do fresh atmosphere reinstall and see. maybe atmosphere 0.19.1 support 12.0.1

Ok, only Atmos fresh files on SD, payload inject and screen says

ERROR Fatal error: Failed to stat stage2 (atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin)
Press POWER to reboot

So I press power and get ready to inject secondary, Tegra shows green checkmark, but usually snaps out of it. Now it stays on,
I disconnected cable and now I try to push volume plus with power and doesn't regocnize rcm

You should be fine with 10.2 for now. This is the latest official Nintendo release and it only requires 10.0. Maybe try upgrading between now and before a new release you might be looking forward to just to future proof it and have your Switch ready for whenever that release comes out.

There's a lot of great Homebrew out there but if you just want to be able to install games you only need Tinfoil on your Switch. Whatever method you use afterwards to install them is up to you as there are many (I go with wireless installation through NUT).

I used Tinfoil and Goldleaf on the older version, it worked great for me. But now it doesn't install fromSD anymore. So I try the Awoo installer route, and keep same problem. Maybe it's the Applet mode I'm in, and I can't turn it off because I don't have a game to hold theR trigger to. Is there a way to get around this?

Ok, solved this issue with new sigpatches for AMS 0.19.1 FW 12. I feel so dumb sometimes -.-
