Any time that I play a ROM through retroarch for instance a Mega Drive game the game loads find but when I press plus and minus to come out of the game game it crashes the switch and I have to press the power button to restart my switch does anyone have any idea what could be causing this

exFAT t or FAT32?
NSP or .NRO?

atmosphere or SX OS. IF using sx os no support will be given from me for retroarch

sorry to keep adding to this but i have even transfered everything from my micro sd formatted it and transfered it all back lol

the devs of retro arch have stated that the best way to go is FAT32
(they also stated that they will NOT give any support for exfat SD cards)

since you are creating a clean partition on your SD card try go ahead and use FAT32
and yes NSP is more stable/better ( it has to do how mem works on the switch)
