What version of firmware 5.05 to download? Recovery update or retail update and what is the diferents between them? i'm confuse. Now i'm on OFW 5.01 (updated from the psn).

Why does the exploit vanish after reboot?

The exploit only has access to the ps4's memory, So when the system reboots/shutsdown the memory is reset. So you need to run the exploit everytime the ps4 powers on.

Hey some good news to you , they're gonna be a jailbreak on the firmware you're actually on right now . Keep a eye out as it will be releasing very soon.
