    You can, but since this method is intended for OLEDs, it will skip any mention of booting into hekate. Also, my method burns efuses.

    Yeah, 16.0.3 is the same as 16.0.2, "General system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience". Which pretty much translates into, patched bug fixes. Unless there are some new games that requires it, though I don't think the firmware has been dumped yet.
