What is the best solution for a new Switch

What is the best solution at the moment if:

1. I don't want to get banned - because of only one game - Diablo 3 to be able to play it (if anyone has information if it can still be played online when banned let me know).
2. I have a new Switch with the newest firmware. (don't ask what one, because it's not arrived jet LOL)
3. I want to play xci and nsp
4. I want to be free of big hardware (PC, phone, ...)
5. I want to have access to more than 10 games without really investing time to switch them (<1 minute)
6. I have no problem at all to pay for any dongle or hardware on the market (because games are much more expensive in the long run!)
7. I did read about Stargate NX - is it usable on a new switch (expecting a 7.x version)?
8. Are the dongles usable on a 7.x?

What combination of Dongle/Software/solution is the best and easiest right now that works on a brand new Switch? Please give me a complete noob answer as I'm completely new to this (PC games have been my world until now).

It sounds like the best solution for you would be to have 2 switches.

An online Switch and an offline switch.

The activities you are discussing will certainly lead to a permanent ban in the short to long term.

unfortunately switches brought after july 2018 are all patched so you cant use cfw with them unless you buy a dongle (as far as i know)

i had same problem when i brought the kids 1 each for xmas.... i ended up sending them back and going to 2nd hand shop so i could check the serial numbers and make sure they were hackable.

i then used a paperclip and autorcm and now it auto boots to rcm and i just send the payload if they ever die or i take sd card out. the kids know not to let them die and they charge them.

i have never connected them to the wifi except before i hacked them and i updated them to 6.2.0 with exfat update via N servers but this can be done with a tool now so no need for N servers.

Once you use any cfw like as SX OS, your swithc have the chance to be bannered , but if you use the Emunand in the sx os, it will be very safe to use the sx os, another problem, may I ask if your switch can be hacked or no.
