Hi,

Not sure if or what i did wrong or missed.

I updated switch via choix as usual.
updated sig patches
updated atmosphere to 0.10.0!S

Put on gold leaf 0.7.3

and using gold tree 0.7.0. I tried searching if there was an updated one but couldn't find it.

I installed an NSP file that was 1.7 gigs but had to copy to SD card first then install.

Any larger game freezes part way through. I did update to ExFat as normal also.

Everything was fine until the update. Just want to see if i missed something or any thought?
Games used to transfer about 8-11mb/s now the new one is transferring about 4mb/s.

quick warning: did you use goldleaf 0.7.2 UPDATER?If you did. go ahead and delete goldleaf.nro and download a brand new copy of goldleaf.nro 0.7.3
the updater is broken and causes issues. you should replace the files manually

here are 3 options you can do to help you
1) since you said you wanted to use goldtree. there is another option named Quark (yes Quark)

Ok will give that a try when i get home tomorrow.
I did the files manually as i seen that the updater was not working. I never actually use the online updater for anything as i do not have any of my consoles on the internet as a "just in case" with kids etc.

i am using latest version of goldleaf 0.7.3 and quark for usb installs and it works just fine. you should not have issues

Well gave it a shot. I don't know. I think i have picky switches. I tried installing Ashen on my 9.0.1 with the latest Quark, and goldleaf 0.7.3 that i deleted off the card and re put on.
No go.

Then i install it on my 8.0.1 switch with Goldleaf and Goldtree 0.5. Speed goes 18mb/s and bam installed. Vs Quark and the newer goldleaf which i know they slowed down to allow better stability.

I've encountered before when all my switches were on 8.0.1 where a game would install on one switch and not on another. Each had more than enough room. No switch went to sleep etc.

Not sure.. Picky systems maybe. Also due to Ashen's size i cant copy it to the SD to install like I would with smaller games.

I will try to find what other homebreapp might be interfering with it
so far in all of the forums i read no one is having your issue.

Ok thanks.

I'm not sure either as my method was basically all my switch's are the same. They all have the same stuff besides games on there.
Once 8.0.1 came out i basically updated all at the same time with nothing different.
But even on 8.0.1 1-2 switches were a bit picky lol

Unless... as you said maybe there was a program i put on one that could cause it.
But thanks for your time on replying to it :)

no problem. gotta pay attention if you are using the same pc and the same USB port when installing games too. rule is to always try to use the ports on the back of the computer as they are much more reliable. and legit cables. not the ones from the 99cent store or wishapp

Oh i Hear ya :).
I never buy or use any wires from the dollar store and never will ever shop on wish :)
Maybe the usb port was the issue but thanks for your time and helping me look into it :)
