Hi guys sorry to bother, I updated my Switch from 8.0 to 9.1 and I forgot to press Exfat version by mistake and now it won't start even though Choidujour finalized the update correctly. What can I do? Should I try reformatting the sd using fat32 without any game ? I'm really clueless here, any suggestion is much much appreciated, thanks in advance for your help.

exFAT driver is not installed. therefore it wont read your SD card. ( i understand it was a mistake)

when updating you can safely get exfat EVEN IF YOU USE A FAT32 SD CARD. system will install fat32 and exfat drivers. even if you only use a fat32 card it does not hurt at all to have the fat32 driver just in case.

Thank you so much Dorian, I'll try later this morning and keep you updated, I need my Switch during this lockdown in Italy or I'll get CRAZY.

Ok Dorian, unfortunately my Switch won't even start or charge now.
I'll try to explain what happened but English it's not my first language so I hope I can give you an idea at the best of my possibilities:
I installed (by mistake) firmware 9 non exfat version over an exfat firmware 8 SD card - 500gb,
so now I loaded all files on an older 4gb fat32 sd, with same file structure except for Nintendo folder games that would obviously not fit,
Tegra seems not able to find any linked device in RCM mode as well.
Could it be some sort of internal conflict over forcing non exfat version on an exfat one preventing me from even booting ?
Where is firmware located once installed ?
Thanks for your support, I really hope I didn't mess my console up...

Solved man, thank god, that non-booting thing was jut a temporary glitch, rebooted, overwritten firmware 9.1 in Exfat version and everything works fine, big scare but it's fine now, can't thank you enough for your help and all your support, mad props to you !

hey I am glad I could help man.

for anyone else if you NS does not turn on or its not detected after firmware update. just press the power button while connected to the computer and tegraRCM will detect it ( as long as you still have the battery charged) If you battery died while in RCM mode. you will need to plug your switch for a minimum of 2 hours before you can use it ( the reason is that there is no fast charge in RCM slow charge only )
